"My father, Jim, and I started HomeBuyer Magazine in the summer of 2002. Having both traversed the dotcom world for several years, where we only dealt in bits and bytes, we wanted to start something different, something we could actually get our hands on. Being recent home buyers we wanted a good resource for local and general Real Estate information, not just booklets filled with outdated home listings. But nothing like that existed in our area. Two months later HomeBuyer Magazine was born.
"We delivered our very first edition in the Fall of 2002 to a small local Real Estate agency in Montclair, Virginia. It was a 32 page black and white magazine with a brochure style cover... and we were mighty proud of it. Since then we've expanded into several states and now service thousands of RealtorsŪ through both Real Estate Agencies and RealtorŪ Associations."
